Description
In Navajo legend, the skinwalker is a witch, using supernatural powers for evil. Someone thinks that Sgt. Jim Chee of the Navajo Tribal Police is a skinwalker and is out to kill him. Lt. Joe Leaphorn, who understands and respects tradition, nevertheless, looks upon witchcraft as "nonsense" in this first mystery to team Leaphorn and Chee.
